My Cleaning and Organizing Schedule
When I began working full time, I found our house getting messier and messier every day. It gave me anxiety, and I knew I had to do something about it. I am a
nerd list maker, and find satisfaction in marking things off when they are completed. I split up chores so that I was doing a couple every day instead of spending my weekends trying to catch up. I put the list in a plastic sheet protector and hung it up on the refrigerator so I can mark off items with a dry erase marker. To be honest, I don't always get these items done, but when I do, our house is spotless! It works for me, and I'm spending 20-30 minutes a day rather than hours and hours on Saturday and Sunday.
